COOKING INSTRUCTIONS -�
*Nimkish Kebab Masala Spice Mix can be used to make both veg and non-veg kebabs.� �
1. Wash the minced chicken / meat properly and put it in strainer to remove all the water.
2. Add 1 pack of Nimkish Kebab Masala, 2 eggs, 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste (optional) to the mince and mix properly.
FOR VEG KEBABS: Use 300g boiled potatoes and 200g parboiled veggies of choice. Add 1 pack of Nimkish Kebab Masala, 2 tbsp oil and 2 tbsp melted butter, mix properly.
3. Grease a plate with oil, make balls of the minced material and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
4. These can be fried or grilled. Grill at 200° C for 15 minutes, then change side and grill funtil cooked properly. Serve with coriander / mint chutney.
