COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Marinate 500g chicken with 2 tbsp oil, 200g yogurt (plain curd) and 1 pack of Nimkish Chicken Korma Masala. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

2. In a pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and add the marinated chicken. Cook on low heat until the water dries and oil separates. Now add 1 cup water and cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender.

3. Add 100g cream/malai and let it simmer till the curry is of desired consistency. Serve with rice, naan or chapatti.
