COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the chicken pieces on medium heat until brown.

2. In a bowl, mix 1 cup milk with 1 pack of Nimkish Creamy Chicken Masala. Add it to the pan & cook on medium heat till the milk is reduced to half.

3. Put 100g cream in the pan and keep stirring for 2-3 minutes. As the gravy thickens turn off the heat, cover the pan and leave for 5 minutes. Add 2 tbsp butter and mix. Serve with onion rings and bread.
