COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Boil and mash 250g potatoes along with 125g parboiled mixed vegetables (cauliflower, carrots, peas, etc).

2. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a kadai / wok and add 4 (250g) crushed tomatoes and 1 pack of Nimkish Pav Bhaji Masala. Sauté for 4 -5 minutes or until oil separates.

3. Now put mashed potatoes along with mashed vegetables and add 1 cup water. Cover and let it simmer on low heat till ready. Now put 2 tbsp butter (25g) in it.

Garnish with fresh coriander, lemon wedges and diced onions.

Serve hot with pav/buns.
