Nimkish Achari Chicken or Meat Spice Mix 60g

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Wash 500g chicken/mutton and strain till excess water is drained. In a bowl, mix 500g curd, juice of ½ lemon and 1 pack of Nimkish Achari Spice Mix. Add the chicken / mutton to the bowl and mix properly, leave aside for 30 minutes.
Cook chicken in pan and mutton in pressure cooker.

2. Heat 5 tbsp mustard oil and bring to smoking point. Turn off the gas and let the oil cool down. Turn the gas on and add the marinated chicken / mutton and simmer until oil separates.

3. Chicken - Add ½ cup (150ml) water to the pan and simmer until the chicken is cooked properly and curry is of desired consistency.
Mutton - Add ½ cup (150ml) water to the cooker and close the lid and turn the heat to high. After first whistle, turn heat to low and let it cook for 10 minutes. Once the steam is released, open the lid and serve hot.
