COOKING INSTRUCTIONS -
1. Soak 250g soya chaap in water overnight or for minimum 2 hours. In a pan, boil water with a pinch of salt and boil soya chaap for 5 minutes or until tender. Wash under running water and squeeze out excess water.
2. Gently remove soya chaap from the sticks and cut them in half lengthwise. Marinate the pieces with 1 pack of Nimkish Afghani Soya Chaap Masala, 4 tbsp oil, 6 tbsp cream/hung curd and 1 lemon juice. Mix well and refrigerate for minimum 30 minutes.
3. PAN - Heat oil in a flat pan and sauté soya chaap pieces on both sides till they are roasted and golden brown in colour. OR
OVEN – Preheat at 180° C and lightly brush oil on soya chaap pieces. Grill for 10 minutes on each side until crisp and golden brown in colour.
Add 2 tbsp fresh cream on top of cooked chaap and sauté for 1 minute in pan. Garnish with coriander.
