COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. To 1 kg meat pieces (any kind of meat), rub 1 pack Nimkish Bhuna Gosht Masala with 4 tbsp oil, 4 tbsp (100g) yogurt (plain curd) and 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes.

2. In a kadai/wok, heat 4 tbsp oil and add the meat pieces and 1/2 cup water. Cook on low heat until water dries and meat is tender. Garnish with butter, fresh coriander & onion rings.

For Pressure Cooker - For faster cooking, use pressure cooker and cook the meat until first whistle on high heat. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and sauté the meat on medium heat until oil separates and meat is tender.
