COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. To 500g meat pieces (any kind of meat), rub 30g - 1 pack Nimkish Bhuna Gosht Masala with 60ml oil (4 tbsp), 90g (6 tbsp) yogurt (plain curd) and 100g crushed tomatoes (2 pcs). 
2. In a pan, heat 60ml oil (4 tbsp) and add the meat pieces with 150ml (half cup) water. Cook on low heat until water dries and meat is tender. Garnish with butter, fresh coriander &; onion rings.
For Pressure Cooker - For faster cooking, use pressure cooker. Heat 60ml oil, add the meat and cook until first whistle on high heat. Once the pressure is released, open the lid and sauté the meat on medium heat until oil separates and meat is tender.
