COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadai/wok and sauté the chicken on medium heat until brown.

2. Add 250g crushed tomatoes and 1 pack of Nimkish Chicken Curry (Extra Curry) Masala and sauté on medium heat until oil separates.

3. Add 1.5 cups of water (450ml), stir and cook on high heat until it boils. Cover with lid and simmer for 5- 10 minutes or till chicken is tender and curry is thick.
Tip: Add 50g cream and boil once for rich curry.
