COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Heat 5-6 tbsp oil in a pan on high heat. Add 200g chopped onions and sauté on medium heat until golden brown. Put 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

2. Add 300g crushed tomatoes, salt (to taste), 1 pack of Nimkish Chicken Masala and 1 kg chicken. Sauté until oil separates.

3. Add 2 cups water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes or until chicken is cooked and curry is of desired consistency. Garnish with fresh coriander.
