COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Put 500g chicken with a pinch of salt in hot water and boil for 10 minutes. Once done, strain and transfer the chicken to ice cold water and leave it for 15 minutes.

2. Take a clean plastic / ziplock bag and put 1 pack of Nimkish Fried Chicken Masala in it along with the chicken. Seal the bag and shake it until chicken is properly coated. OR you can spread the spice mix on a plate and coat the chicken in it properly.
Keep the coated chicken aside for 30 minutes.

3. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan and deep fry 2-3 pieces at a time, on medium heat until golden brown and crisp. Serve hot with Nimkish Pudina Dip.
