COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. In a kadai, heat 4 tbsp oil and add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes, salt (to taste) and 1 pack of Nimkish Gravy Masala. Sauté the mix for 5 – 7 minutes until oil separates.

2. Add 200g vegetables of your choice and water as preferred. Let it simmer until gravy is thick and vegetables are cooked. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Note – For rajma, lobia or chhole, cook in a pressure cooker.
