COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

*Each pack contains 2 pcs of Kadhi Masala (50g each) and 2 pcs of Tadka Masala (10g each). 

1. In a bowl take 250g curd and add 1 pack of Nimkish Kadhi Masala. Whisk it well till smooth.

2. Add 900ml water to the bowl and pour the contents to a heavy bottom sauce pan (pateela) and continue stirring until it boils.

3. Turn the heat to low and let the kadhi simmer for 20 - 25 minutes.
(OPTIONAL: Add pakoda to the kadhi and boil for 5 minutes or till pakodas are soft.)

4. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a small pan and add 1 pack of Nimkish Tadka Masala (FREE PACK INSIDE) to it. Immediately turn off the stove and add the tadka to the kadhi.
Garnish with fresh coriander.
