Nimkish Meat Curry Spice Mix 60g

Meat curry is a dish that is prepared from goat or lamb meat and is found in different variations across different regions. Nimkish meat curry powder gives you an authentic North Indian flavour every time. Slow-cook the meat or use an instant pot, the end result is a mouth watering dish. No need to spend hours in the kitchen for chopping onions, ginger or garlic as we have already done all the hard work for you.

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Wash 500g meat in a bowl and mix 1 pack of Nimkish Meat Curry Spice Mix, 4 tbsp oil and 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes.

2. Put the mixture in a cooker/pan and sauté on low heat until oil separates.

3. Add 1 ¼ cup (400ml) of water, close the lid and cook on high heat. After first whistle cook for 10 minutes on medium heat. Turn off the stove and let the steam release from the cooker. Open the lid and garnish with fresh coriander.

Note: If cooking in a pan, let the meat simmer on low heat for 30 – 40 minutes or until it's tender and cooked through.
