COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. In a pressure cooker, heat 5-6 tbsp oil and add 200g chopped onions and sauté on medium heat until golden brown. Put 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

2. Add 300g crushed tomatoes, salt (to taste), 1 pack of Nimkish Meat Masala and 1kg meat. Sauté until oil separates.

3. Put 2 cups of water and close the lid. Cook on high heat until first whistle and then turn to low heat and let it cook for another 10 minutes. Open after steam is released and garnish with fresh coriander.
