COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Make shallow cuts on 500g chicken pieces. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a kadai/wok and sauté the chicken on medium heat until brown.

2. Add 250g crushed tomatoes and 1 pack of Nimkish Posto Chicken Masala and sauté on medium heat until oil separates.

3. Add 1 cup of water (300ml) and 100g cream, stir and cook on high heat until it boils. Cover with lid and simmer for 5-10 minutes or till the chicken is tender and curry is thick. Garnish with fresh coriander.
