COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Soak 200g Rajma in hot water for minimum 1 hour or overnight.

2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pressure cooker and add 2 finely chopped onions and sauté on medium heat until golden brown. Put 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste and sauté for 1 minute.

3. Add 3 crushed tomatoes, salt (to taste), 2 tbsp Nimkish Rajma Masala and sauté until oil separates.

4. Add rajma with 2 cups water in the pressure cooker and close the lid. After first whistle turn the heat to low and cook for 30-40 minutes. Once the steam is released, open the lid and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes till curry is of desired consistency.

Garnish with fresh coriander.
