COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. In a kadai/pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes with 1 pack of Nimkish Shahi Mutter Paneer Masala and sauté on medium heat until oil separates.

2. Add 100g boiled peas, 150g paneer, 1 cup water and 3-4 tbsp cream (optional). Boil once on high heat and then cover with lid and cook on low heat for 10 minutes. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Tip: Use deep fried paneer cubes instead of raw paneer.

You can also make Mutter Mushroom or Mutter Aloo with this spice mix. Just add 150g boiled mushrooms or 150g boiled potatoes instead of paneer.
