COOKING INSTRUCTIONS - 

1. Mix 1 pack of Nimkish Tomato Rice Spice Mix in 1 cup (300ml) of water and stir well.

2. In a heavy bottom pan, heat 4 tbsp oil and add 125g rice (rinsed and strained) and water & spice mix from Step 1.

3. Squeeze a medium sized lemon to the pan and bring to a boil. Place the pan on a flat tawa and turn the heat to low and let it simmer until the rice is cooked and water has dried.

Garnish with dry fruits and fresh coriander.
